Refund and Returns Policy

We Get It — Sometimes Things Don’t Work Out

At Pickleball Punx, we want you to be stoked about your purchase. If you’re not, we’ve got your back. Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds:

🛍️ Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

🔄 Exchanges

• Need a different size or item? No problem.
• Contact us within 30 days and we’ll help you swap it out.
• Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item back in good condition.

💸 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to show on your statement.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our mistake).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

📬 How to Start a Return

1. Reach out via our Contact Page with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.
4. Once we receive your item, we’ll process the exchange or refund.
